Active Participation! In 2010 an advisory group involving teachers and students from various aces member schools was initiated. In the aces Council, the target group of aces is directly involved on the level of programme planning and has the opportunity to voice its needs and concerns. This broader perspective contributes to the future development of aces. The Council gives recommendations and offers ideas, has a consultative status and prepares the field of decision making for the aces management.
Peer to Peer
For many participants it is easier to approach a peer instead of programme managers. So the Council members also act as peer consultants and resource persons. They take part in the aces network events and can be contacted by participants (see contacts below).
Who are the aces Council members?
The Council consists of four aces students and four aces teachers. Each of the members comes from a different aces country, has a solid understanding of the program, has taken part in an aces project and is willing to share his/her experience and knowledge as well as new ideas.
